Swinger Holidays In Spain
Posted By: Admin - On: December 08, 2008Whilst the Hedonism resorts in Jamaica have been providing swinger lifestyle holidays for over two decades now, more recently several swinger resorts in Spain have been establishing themselves as popular holiday destinations for British and other European swingers.
The Spanish swinger holiday resorts are generally on a much smaller scale than the Caribbean ones and there is far less in the way of laid on entertainment. Many British swingers do not see this as a disadvantage however, preferring to avoid the organised fun and games that is so popular with the U.S. swingers who holiday in the Caribbean. In Spain, the swinger holiday resorts are often nothing more than a large villa suitable for accommodating as few as four couples per holiday. Other resorts comprise of a group of similar villas sharing a swimming pool.
Twenty minutes away from Spain's Costa Blanca (the white coast), there is one such resort that comprises of four luxury villas. They are located in a very beautiful valley, offering seclusion and an atmospheric spot to enjoy a quiet, yet very erotic holiday. Swinger couples renting the villas share nude sunbathing around a lovely swimming pool. It is here or on the large communal terrace that the swinger holidaymakers meet up, socialising over a drink. The only time the holiday becomes a little more organised is on Saturday nights when the swinger parties are held. The numbers attending are made by visitors who may be staying at other resorts in the area plus some local swingers too.
Elsewhere in Spain there is a swinger holiday hotel with eighty rooms and three suites for swinger groups. The hotel is located on the Costa Del Sol near to Malaga. Also located on the outskirts of Malaga is a four double-bedroom villa with totally secluded pool and terrace facilities suitable for both swinging and naturist leisure. Further east along the coast near to the resort of Nerja another similar villa offers swinger holidays with regular parties.
On the Canary Islands there are popular swinger resorts on Fuerteventura and Tenerife. On Gran Canaria there is very popular swinger party venue where you can find something going on any night of the week but you will need to stay elsewhere because it does not accommodate.
The swinger resorts referred to above are just a few examples of many such resorts that are springing up in Spain. Those described are all located in coastal regions but if you don't mind being an hour or so from the nearest beach, there are some very good resorts to be found further inland. Our own swingers club, Club-Aphrodite, provides members with up to date information about swinger holidays.

2 Wheeled Majorca Holidays
Posted By: Admin - On: November 28, 2008Some holidaymakers prefer the relaxation of the beach, while others are increasingly looking for something a bit more exciting or physically demanding. When most people think Majorca, they think beautiful, white beaches. Beautiful beaches and crystal blue waters aren't all Majorca has to offer. In fact, the island has something to offer nearly everyone.
Majorca is one of the most popular family holiday destinations in the world. Mediterranean people love to indulge children of all ages. In fact, the servers at even the most upscale restaurant are likely to offer to cuddle your unruly toddler to give you a moment's peace to enjoy your meal - quite disconcerting for the avaerage over protective British tourist!
Many of Majorca's beaches are well-geared for families with small children. They offer great features like safe, shallow water for little ones to really enjoy their beach time. Many theme parks and water attractions have family activities, including miniature golf and pony rides. Several resorts and hotels offer babysitting services and programmes specifically designed for children.
Holiday packages to Majorca are often all-inclusive. Resorts and agencies often offer packages for honeymooners, babymooners, beach lovers and tourists of all sorts. Some of Majorca's most popular holiday packages include scuba diving, boating and relaxing on the beach. The more physically demanding vacation packages are becoming more popular year by year.
Cycling holidays for example have risen drastically over the last few years. This increase is expected to continue to increase by at least 10 percent over the next two to three years. Last year, in 2007, more than 87,000 cyclists enjoyed a cycling holiday in Majorca.
Cycling is quickly becoming a favorite activity for tourists around the world. Tourism authorities in Majorca understand this and have worked relentlessly on new bike routes and facilities over the past 10 years. Their hard work and dedication has been paying off. Currently the island boasts an astounding 260 km of cycling routes. They will continue to improve upon one of the most quickly growing activities on the island as more cyclists decide to take flights to Majorca
Cycling offers a very unique tour of the island. Some hotels and local businesses offer guided tours and bike rentals. Many other bike-friendly facilities offer bike maintenance and secure storage. Utilising the freedom of travel a bicycle offers, tourists often get to experience parts of the island that most do not see. Many bike paths wind their way through the mountains and hills, allowing a very natural view of the island's flora and fauna.
Water sports and golf are also very popular in Majorca. Some local businesses offer dive or boat tours and diving lessons. Diving in the Mediterranean Sea is an experience like no other. Some species of tropical fish and marine life exist only in this temperate climate. Crystal clear waters offer a great viewing distance. Local businesses also offer boat and water craft rentals for those who wish to explore the open sea on their own.
The Balearic Islands are located almost directly south of Barcelona, Spain. Also known as Mallorca, Majorca is the largest of the Balearic Islands. Majorca is located in the Mediterranean Sea between eastern Spain and northern Africa. Due to the location, Majorca enjoys an impressive 300 days of sunshine per year. Because of its location and ability to provide a quick getaway, Majorca has been a popular tourist destination since the 1950's. Many major hotel chains and resorts have ties to Majorca because of the massive numbers of tourists per year, although 2008 did see more of a shift to other destinations such as Turkey and Egypt where holidays can be less expensive, although often taking a little longer on a flight.

Flights To Madrid
Posted By: Admin - On: November 23, 2008In the city the local people have been described as 'loud, proud and ready to party at a moments notice'. The locals are also known for dressing up for every occasion. From personal experience I have found the locals to be very friendly and willing to help with whatever it is that's troubling you.
The city itself oozes culture with its outstanding art museums and places of interest. The most notable art gallery is the Royal Palace which contains hundreds of Spanish paintings and exhibitions.
Not something which attracts everybody, Madrid hosts the largest bull fighting ring in Spain. The bullfighting season begins in March and ends in October. Out of season the bullfighting ring is host to many music concerts and other events to entertain.
If you go at the right time, Madrid is almost always sunny. Due to its high altitude, the city tends to get a lot cooler at night and in the winter it's not uncommon to experience 2 to 3 snowfalls each year.
The nightlife in Madrid is also notable for the youths to party all night long in the cities night clubs and bars.
The most common forms of travel in Madrid are by air, train, taxi and metro. Madrid is served by Barajas International Airport which currently deals with around 52 million people a year. Cheap flights to the city are very common with many major airlines flying to the area. The city's metro network currently serving around four million people is one of the largest and fastest growing metro networks in the world. It's the second largest network in Western Europe only to follow London's underground. In 2007 the network was expanded to run over 200 miles of line.
With something for everyone, Madrid is surely a place you will enjoy.
You can book cheap flights to Madrid online by using a cheap flights finder . This is the easiest and fastest way to find flights to Madrid, and is the most direct link between you and the city of culture.

Fiestas Galore At Benidorm
Posted By: Admin - On: November 18, 2008From a geographical standpoint, Benidorm is situated near to the comarca of the Marina Baixa within the municipality of Alicante in Spain. Visited by hundreds of thousands of tourists every single year, it comes as no surprise that the hotels in Benidorm are of a superlative standard. What is even more noteworthy is that many of the attractions and places of visit are in close proximity to many of these hotels. Hence the issue of convenience becomes in effect a "non-issue".
Another snippet of information would be that there are close to 12 national public holidays celebrated in Benidorm. Yes, according to some accounts it truly does seem as if this wee little Spanish location is all about the holidays and rejuvenation! Tourists would also happily affirm that the Benidorm hotels provide the best in amenities and facilities. Many also do provide a plethora of information concerning some of the most attractive fiestas to partake in.
For the sake of chronology, it would be prudent to start with one of the most famous fiestas that takes place at the start of every year. It duly symbolizes the end of an old year and the start of a new and hopefully more vibrant and blessed year. Celebrated every 5th of January, the Calvalcade of the Three Kings is a parade of the three biblical kings on horseback. This royal procession of sorts is closely followed by a bunch of decorated floats where the occupants dole out different coloured sweets to children lining the streets.
As one would expect there are quite a few fiestas that take place between the months of January and December. Each fiesta is a celebration like no other. It would be an injustice at this juncture to avoid mentioning the most famous fiesta of all which takes place during the time of Christmas. A worthy precursor to the latter fiesta would be the festival celebrating and giving due respect to the Patron Saint of the Town. As any information desk of any hotel in Benidorm would recommend - this is a festival that is a must for tourists!
The above mentioned festival which takes place in late November provides a colored parade of carnival floats. There are also a heady mixture of street parties, fireworks and revelry-inducing fireworks during the night. Christmas means that the entire town gets dressed up for celebrations and to partake in absolute revelry. Christmas does mean that there are celebrations throughout and everyone is duly invited to enjoy the universal celebrations. New Year's Eve is also cause for celebration as well. One would find that Benidorm's Triangle Square is bedecked in various decorations and baubles. The usual street party, fireworks display and sweet treats are to be expected.
Truly a place to relax and rejuvenate, Benidorm Hotels are hotels like no others. Catering specifically to tourists from all over the globe, this is one Spanish town that should be enjoyed for its hospitality, cuisine, accommodation and cornucopia of fiestas and festivals.
